Emma Smythe BSc.(Hons), Dip ION, MBANT, MCNHC, MFHT
Registered Nutritional Therapist.
I have worked in the field of complementary medicine for fifteen years, with much of my experience entirely focussed on Nutrition. Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutritional science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care.
Nutritional Therapists use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.
I am able to work with individuals who have chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and well being.
Dietary, lifestyle and supplement advice is provided at each consultation. Various functional health tests are available and discussed where they might be relevant to your condition.
It is common to see a Nutritional Therapist for a course of 2 or 3 sessions. These allow us to track your progress and work towards your health goals. Price packages are available in order to make this more cost effective for you.
My qualifications are:
BSc (Hons) Health Sciences for Complementary Medicine
Diploma – Institute of Optimum Nutrition.
