Osteopathy

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual therapy which is based on the reciprocity of structure and function; the aim being to work on the structure to improve function. It has a wide variety of musculoskeletal applications, but can also be helpful in a range of systemic complaints where structure impedes optimal function.

For example work on the ribcage and diaphragm may help with breathing difficulties such as asthma.
